I have a winding path, from studying accounting to business to sommelier to aviation to being an Executive/Office Assistant to (many) YouTube attempts to Intimacy Coordinating for film & TV and now photography, with one foot still in film & TV.

As I continue to discover who Ali Ludlow is, I find myself continuously being soothed by nature. I enjoy capturing intimate moments in people's lives as the magic of something special shows through the camera. I also enjoy animals and nature, perhaps growing up watching BBC's documentary "Life" played a role in that.

About me

"I find people uniquely beautiful when I engage with them or observe them. I love capturing that and showing them the beauty I see in them. It would be an honour to help you capture lasting memories"

A NoTE ON SAFE SPACES

In terms of photographing people, I'm really passionate about safe spaces. I've tried amateur boudoir modelling and experienced firsthand how unsafe a space can be and how power imbalances can exist between photographers and models. In all my jobs I've strived for professionalism, but with this I also want to bring in the human element with compassion and care. My lived experiences and my training as an Intimacy Coordinator have prepared me for this and I know the learning never ends.

All I have to gain is knowing I made someone's day by creating a safe space to play (be photographed in) and delivering photos that show people how beautiful they are.
